Request for Waiver of Enhanced Access Fees

This waiver request allows certain state, local government agencies, and non-profit organizations to request exemption from fees associated with online access to Indianapolis/Marion County records and services. Agencies that meet specific initial criteria will be allowed to download the waiver request form. Please be aware that meeting the initial requirements does not guarantee a fee waiver request will be granted. Requests will be reviewed and approved or denied monthly by the Enhanced Access Review Committee, with notice being provided to the requesting agencies in a timely manner.

Enhanced Access Fee Structure:

There is a 3.2% fee on all credit card and debit card transactions, with a minimum fee of $1.00, and a $0.95 fee on each ACH or eCheck transaction
